Required Skills / Abilities

Deep knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance programs, and regulatory engagement strategies.

Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and external stakeholders.

Proven ability to lead in complex, matrixed, and multi‑site industrial organizations.

Experience with environmental monitoring programs, emissions testing, and compliance reporting.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to build collaborative teams lead others even if a formal reporting relationship does not exist. Strong interest in developing and leading a high performing team.

Minimum Hiring Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical) or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial, petrochemical, or gas environments with progressive environmental or EHS leadership responsibility.

Demonstrated experience supporting or leading environmental programs in complex, high‑hazard facilities.
