Plant Site Leader(北美)

1、Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field of discipline required，Masters preferred；

2、Fluent English spoken and written；

3、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all levels of a global organization；

4、Progressive responsibilities in manufacturing and engineering roles in plants and divisions including Plant Manager experience or expatriate assignment；

5、Manufacturing and/or engineering experiences throughout the product life cycle (growth and/or decline, new product introductions, turnaround situation, etc.)
