Distribution Centre (DC) Supervisor

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Bachelor’s degree or above in Metal Materials, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• High attention to detail to drive quality inspections

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.

• Proven team player with broad business insight and a collaborative approach.

• Self-disciplined with effective time management and organisational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive in providing solutions.

• Ability to leverage resources to achieve goals within set timelines.

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

• Change management and continuous improvement mindset.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality control, logistics, or warehouse operations.

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity preferred.

• Strong observation and analytical skills.

• Outstanding Mandarin and good spoken and written English.

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.

• Honest, patient, efficient, accountable, and able to work under pressure.
