Senior Legal Manager

Qualifications & ExperienceAdmitted to practice law in Singapore；

Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE), whether in a law firm or as inhouse counsel in the legal department of a large, listed company, ideally in an international context；

Fluent in English and ability to communicate in one other Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) as you will be required to manage the legal work for Soitec’s North Asian entities (China, Taiwan, Japan & Korea)

Other Qualities：Broad-based legal expertise in various areas such as IP law, contract law, employment law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, PDPA, anti-bribery and corruption, anti trust and procurement mattersAbility to exercise professional integrity, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence in a dynamic environment and adapt into the work culture of a matrixed environment；

Matured disposition with ability to operate effectively within a matrix organisation, including managing conflicting priorities, change management, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving alignment across diverse regional teamsAdept at balancing legal compliance with commercial objectives to deliver pragmatic, risk-calibrated advice within tight deadlines；

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly, challenge constructively, and drive outcomes in a firm and professional manner；

Desired qualities would be highly valued: integrity, adaptability, committed, empathy, autonomous, teamwork and good communicator.
