Sr. Manufacturing Manager

REQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience.15 or more years of related manufacturing experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be capable of administering policies in a fair and equitable fashion.Must have strong administrative, budgetary and record-keeping skills.The ability to perform technical manufacturing functions and train as required.Strong computer skills/Microsoft Office Suite and SAPMust contain knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and practices.Must be able to be trained in proper handling of chemicals and hazardous waste.

DESIRED:Experience in print head, printer assembly or related areaA strong familiarity with tolerancing and statisticsStrong technical background in the areas of electromechanical systems and previous experience working within a clean room environment. An understanding of environmental and OSHA standardsEquipment Maintenance and repair practices.
