Facilities Custodial Lead

Requirements：

•  3–5+ years of experience in facilities, manufacturing support, or corporate office environments.

•  3–5+ years of experience in a lead, coordinator, or team support role preferred.

•  Familiarity with EHS standards, 5S, and basic facility maintenance practices.

•  Experience using CMMS or work order management systems preferred.

•  Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

•  Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers.

•  Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Education Requirements

•  High School Diploma or equivalent required.

•  Associate’s degree or relevant certifications (Facilities, Safety, or Maintenance) preferred.
