Bachelor’s degree required  Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience with increasing responsibility, including leadership of cross-functional teams Minimum 2 years of General management experience Proven success in growing a business and maximizing profitability Strong business acumen and experience with P&L ownership of global businesses  Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills International and domestic travel, up to 50% in a month Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry

Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) from top tier school preferred 5+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry
