Your Profile

Graduate degree in applicable area of expertise (Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Business Engineering, or related disciplines)

10+ years of proven experience in project, program, or portfolio management within an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductors, substrates, advanced packaging, PCB manufacturing, or advanced electronics industries

Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional programs involving multiple sites and international teams

Proven track record of delivering business-critical initiatives with measurable operational and financial impact

Recognized certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP®, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management qualifications are strongly preferred

Strong leadership and influence capabilities within matrixed, multicultural organizations

Advanced knowledge of program management, portfolio governance, risk management, and organizational change management

Strong understanding of semiconductor, substrate, PCB, or advanced manufacturing business environments

Excellent analytical, financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels

Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

Strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution capabilities

Ability to drive accountability and performance in complex cross-functional environments without direct authority

High resilience, adaptability, and ownership mindset in fast-changing business environments
